- Increase brand awareness of the brand through various overall marketing activities
- Manage brand marketing performance across all brand platforms and offline activities;
- Create brand marketing plans based on social media trend research and offline activities;
- Manage and provide direction to the team in the implementation of brand marketing plans;
- Direct the team to build communication with consumers through various platforms and offline activities;
- Coordinate with various organizational functions in supporting and maximizing brand marketing;
- Report and evaluate promotional performance, cost reporting, team performance, and overall marketing execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in marketing min. 2 years (preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry);
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, including setting goals, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both for internal collaboration and external communication with stakeholders and customers;
- A creative mindset to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with target audiences;
- Proficiency in relevant marketing software and tools, such as social media management platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
