Job Description
- Memasarkan produk kredit pada calon debitur
- Menganalisa, memastikan calon debitur sesuai dengan target market dan dapat diproses lebih lanjut.
- Membuat Proposal Kredit.
- Melakukan proses kredit sesuai dengan koridor dan SLA yang ditentukan.
- Mengelola debitur yang ada serta mengembangkan referral dari debitur existing
- Mengevaluasi kondisi kualitas debitur (portofolio kredit, usaha, agunan), termasuk monitoring aging tunggakan.
- Melakukan penagihan (desk collection, dan kunjungan) atas angsuran kredit.
- Membuat dan melakukan Rencana Tindak Lanjut pada debitur bermasalah.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal lulusan S1 dari berbagai disiplin ilmu
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimum 2 tahun di bidang marketing perbankan bagian SME atau komersil
- Memiliki network yang luas
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Berinisiatif tinggi, daya analisa kuat, persuasif dan ulet (target-driven)
- Penempatan: Bekasi/Tambun
