- Developing and implementing robust data analytics solutions to support MIS reporting and analysis
- Gathering, cleansing, and analysing complex data sets from various sources to uncover meaningful insights
- Designing and delivering impactful data visualisations and dashboards to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address key business challenges through data-driven solutions
- Continuously improving analytics models and processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of MIS reporting
- Providing expert guidance and technical support to business users on data-related matters
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in data analytics
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role

Proficiency in using data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
