Key Accounts Coordinator  

About the Role
We are a fast-growing health and wellness company looking for a detail-oriented Key Account Coordinator to support our Modern Trade sales team. As our business with major supermarkets and drugstores expands, we need an operational expert to manage the backend processes.

While our Key Accounts Manager focuses on strategy and negotiations, you will take ownership of the order processing, system administration, and paperwork that keeps our products moving seamlessly onto retail shelves.

What you'll do

• Support key clients by managing account communications, preparing reports, and ensuring that service delivery meets agreed expectations.
• Track account performance, address client inquiries, and maintain up-to-date documentation on projects and contracts.
• Maintain and update CRM records.
• Receive and encode Purchase Orders (POs) accurately
• Generate weekly sales and inventory reports to identify low stock levels
• Coordinate with internal teams to track down Delivery Receipts (DRs), reconcile payment portals, and resolve trade deductions or bad order (BO) returns

What we need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or account management platforms) and strong organizational skills.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Pasig, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Prior FMCG experience and handling administrative or sales coordination tasks for SM Supermarkets, SM Hypermarkets, or other Philippine supermarket chains is a plus.
