- Bertanggungjawab terhadap pengembangan Product, Business Process & Strategy Produk PBF serta PLC, termasuk inisiasi project dan evaluasi, sehingga target yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan dapat tercapai
- Bertanggungjawab atas Profitability Product, pengelolaan ENR, termasuk Acquisition Cost
- Merekomendasikan distribusi budget/target berdasarkan analisa market dan kemampuan cabang dalam mengimplementasikan product yang sesuai dengan market
- Pengembangan system yang sesuai dengan product dan proses bisnis untuk mendukung efektifitas proses bisnis.
- Membuat rencana pengembangan PBF ke depan, serta berkoordinasi dengan Area Marketing Manager PBF untuk pengembangan cabang-cabang baru
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan S1 dari semua jurusan
- Pengalaman sebagai Marketing Marketing Manager min. 3 Tahun dengan produk properti / mortgage
- Terbiasa melakukan riset sebelum mengembangkan suatu produk atau inisiasi strategy
- Mengerti strategy yang berbasis digital serta business process digital
- Sudah memiliki team di pekerjaan sebelum nya dan handle project-project yang terkait strategy
- Mengerti secara garis besar konsep pembiayaan rumah atau KPR
- Bersedia ditempatkan di area Surabaya dan sekitarnya
