Job Description
- To check legality of borrower asset/collateral provided by the borrower secured loan
- To prepare any loan agreement, amandment, letters, collateral agreement and other legal document required for legality loan signing as well as arranging signing
- To check original collateral and related documents at other bank
- Maintain copy legal document in the legal file
- Maintain mortgage process
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor of Law

Have experience at least 2 years in banking/financial industries (freshgraduate are welcome)

Have a good knowledge related to legal & credit documents in banking or financial industries

Familiar with legal banking, OJK regulations, loan agreement, fiduciary & mortgage

Have a good communication skill
