- Menjaga dan mencapai target kualitas portofolio cabang, dengan cara: memaksimalkan produktivitas dan efektifitas contract handling, memaksimalkan Success Rate, dan meminimalisir Roll Rate.
- Memastikan regularity, monitoring control system, dan collection activity yang berjalan di cabang.
- Memastikan setiap kontrak past due memiliki PIC handling (internal, eksternal, mitra)
- Control & monitoring pencapaian KPI cabang dan individu yang berada di bawah supervisinya.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan S1 Semua Jurusan (lebih disukai Hukum, Managemen dan Ekonomi)
- Berpengalaman minimum 1 sampai 2 tahun sebagai supervisor penagihan
- Kemampuan Analisis: mengolah data menggunakan Excel (Pivot Table, vlookup)
- Lebih diutamakan yang berdomisili di Bandung, Cimahi, dan Majalengka.
