Finance Supervisor  

Key Resposibilities

• Supervise and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports (sales, petty cash, bank reconciliation).
• Monitor and control all financial transactions including cash, EDC, bank transfer, and QRIS.
• Ensure accurate recording of all revenue streams (F&B sales, events, bottle sales, entertainment fees).
• Oversee daily cashier closing and conduct regular cash opname and spot audits.
• Control operational expenses in line with approved budgets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams regarding invoices, payments, and inventory.
• Prepare internal financial reports for management, including P&L and cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company financial SOPs and internal policies.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes.
• Supervise, guide, and develop junior finance/accounting staff.
• Coordinate tax-related matters, with internal teams or external consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
• Strong understanding of F&B operational finance, including daily cash flow, revenue control, and cost management.
• Proven experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with POS systems and accounting software is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of corporate taxation.
• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours (including nights and weekends).
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
