F&B Operational Manager  

About the role :

• Manage daily operations across all departments (Service, Bar, Kitchen, Security, Housekeeping).
• Ensure operational standards, SOPs, and service quality are consistently implemented.
• Monitor outlet performance including sales, costs, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with Head Chef, Bar Manager, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, and performance monitoring.
• Control operational costs, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, licensing, and internal policies.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Support event operations, live music schedules, and special promotions.
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations for management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience as an Operational Manager / Assistant Operational Manager in F&B, nightlife, or entertainment venues.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, especially music lounge / bar / nightlife concepts.
• Proven experience in managing teams with flexible shifts and high-pressure environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Good knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong service standards.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Familiar with POS systems and operational reporting tools.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
