- Manage and grow two feeder accounts (China & Japan).
- Conduct daily research on trending topics (local & global) and prepare weekly & monthly content calendars.
- Produce and publish daily posts for feeds, including clipping/reposting trending content using basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva)
- Write captions, hashtags, and light copywriting aligned with each account’s style.
- Ensure all content meets brand strategy standards and is viral-ready (clipping format, pacing, audio, hooks).
- Creating Instagram Stories to promote Cetta.
- Monitor performance (reach, impressions, engagement, growth), provide insights, and prepare monthly reports.
- Engage with audiences (comments, DMs, interactions with relevant accounts).
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (any major, preferably Communication, Marketing, or Multimedia).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to adapt content for different audiences (China & Japan).
- Strong understanding of social media trends or news in Japan and China (local & global viral topics).
- Skilled in CapCut, Canva, and other basic editing tools.
- Basic copywriting skills (captions, hashtags, short storytelling).
- Comfortable working with daily targets while maintaining consistent quality.
- Proactive, communicative, and experienced in research & performance analysis.
