Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HRGA & Legal Manager to oversee Human Resources, General Affairs, and Legal functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, maintain compliance with labor and corporate laws, and provide legal support for company activities. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a solid legal background.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & General Affairs (HRGA)
Lead and manage HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and payroll administration.
Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal standards.
Manage general affairs functions such as office management, procurement, asset management, and company facilities.
Support management in workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Legal
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, agreements, and company policies.
Provide legal advice to management to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage company permits, licenses, and corporate documents in accordance with government requirements.
Liaise with external legal counsel, government institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Handle and resolve legal disputes, including labor-related cases.
Minimum Qualifications

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HRGA and/or Legal roles with strong legal expertise (corporate law, labor law, contract management).
At least 2 years of leadership experience, managing teams or leading projects.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in handling HR operations and general affairs functions.
Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills for legal documents.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software/tools.
