Product Designer

We are currently seeking a Product Designer to join us on our growth journey. This position requires someone with strong design expertise and a proven track record in creating user-centered digital products, who will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences, as well as collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to bring ideas into impactful solutions.

Job Description

1. Contribute to defining and exploring features from concept, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both in Indonesia and at the headquarters, to ensure alignment with user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities.
3. Contribute to and maintain the company’s design system to ensure consistency across products.
4. Design high-quality user flows to maximize user satisfaction with the product.
5. Comprehend and implement the principles of Pixel Perfect Design.
6. Understand front-end development and how design decisions impact implementation.
7. Conduct user research and usability testing.
8. Create a variety of visual content related to graphic design.
9. Stay up-to-date with emerging product and graphic design trends and technologies (design software) and apply them as appropriate.

Requirement

1. 2-4 years of experience in product design or a related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.
3. Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and potentially prototyping tools.
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles and practices.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
6. Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
7. Ability to come up with innovative design solutions.
8. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
9. Willingness to work from the office (BSD, Tangerang Selatan).
