- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and expanding market coverage.
- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and principals to deliver business solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Proven experience leading a sales team and managing sales performance.
- Preferably have experience working in a System Integrator or IT Distributor company.
- Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Proven experience in managing sales pipeline, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
