- Market & Competitor Research: Identifying potential business opportunities, emerging market trends, and analyzing competitor strategies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Interpreting complex data to create reports and presentations that support strategic decision-making by upper management.
- Strategic Planning: Assisting in developing and implementing business plans, portfolio growth strategies, and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Typically 3–4 years in business analytics, research, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
