Retail Sales Associate  

Silent Noise seeks a motivated, customer-oriented team member passionate about DJ and music production. This role includes assisting customers, managing inventory, supporting sales, and participating in events to grow our DJ community. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about DJ equipment, comfortable in retail/eCommerce, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product questions, purchases, and technical support
• Manage inventory and ensure organized, appealing displays
• Support online sales operations and order processing
• Participate in events and community activities to promote Silent Noise
