- Sales Strategy Development:
a. Identifying market opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.
b. Setting sales targets and developing plans to achieve them. - Customer Relationship Management:
a. Building and maintaining longterm relationships with customers.
b. Handling customer inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively. - Negotiation and Deal Closure:
a. Negotiating with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
b. Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts in accordance with company requirements. - Market and Sales Analysis:
a. Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
b. Preparing sales reports and providing recommendations to management. - Collaboration with Other Teams:
a. Working closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
b. Acting as a liaison between the company and customers to ensure client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Marketing Management or Business Administration).
- At least 3 years of work experiences as Marketing Support.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).
- Have a good interpersonal skill.
