- Analyze training needs to identify skill gaps.
- Develop training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Establish employee competency standards based on organizational needs.
- Create Personnel Assessment questions based on established competency standards.
- Assist in creating educational content for social media to enhance employee awareness and engagement in learning.
- Support LMS operations, including inputting test questions (pre-test, post-test, and recruitment), conducting student testing to ensure system validity, and sending reminders to participants.
- Assist in developing Recruitment Test questions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Psychology, or Education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, human resource development, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Ability to analyze training needs and identify employee skill gaps.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Capable of developing training materials and educational content for social media related to employee development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of LMS and e-learning tools.
- High initiative in designing training programs and improving learning effectiveness within the company.
