Job Description
- Design and develop workflow automation using the Camunda BPM platform according to the client's business needs.
- Implement and optimize business processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), DMN (Decision Model and Notation), and CMMN (Case Management Model and Notation) in Camunda.
- Integrate workflows with other systems used by clients, such as databases, REST APIs, and ERP systems.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure workflows run smoothly and without issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to workflow development, including user guides and architectural documentation.
- Work closely with other development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the implemented solutions meet the expected specifications.
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Provide technical support to clients post-implementation, including maintenance and updates to workflows as business needs evolve.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in workflow development using Camunda BPM or similar BPM platforms.
- Deep understanding of BPMN, DMN, and CMMN.
- Experience in developing and implementing REST APIs.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Ability to prioritize time in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and results-oriented
