- Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven systems using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Write clean, high-quality code and complex SQL queries, ensuring data integrity and application performance.
- Participate in system architecture design and code reviews.
- Implement unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and performance of Python-based backend systems.
- Create clear technical documentation and collaborate closely with frontend developers and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Python-based backend services and APIs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer with strong proficiency in Python and its web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
- Expertise in SQL, relational databases, and designing RESTful APIs.
- Proficient with Git, automated testing frameworks, and writing unit/integration tests.
- Experience with event-driven systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and CI/CD pipelines is a major plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading knowledge-sharing initiatives is highly regarded.
