- Design and edit social media content (static + video) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN, and native TikTok/Reels editors
- Help brainstorm and execute creative ideas for campaigns and day-to-day posts
- Stay up to date with trends to keep content fresh and relevant
- Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand guidelines
- Support Employer Branding (EB) team with various design-related tasks
Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Visual Design, Communication, or related field

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut)

Comfortable editing content using TikTok/Reels native editors

Strong understanding of visual composition, typography and visual storytelling

Passionate about social media and up to date with current platform trends

Good communication skills - able to explain design ideas clearly and collaborate

Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly

Must include portfolio (personal projects, social media posts, motion work, or video edits)

Solid foundation in motion design and familiar with digital content strategy is a strong advantage
