Job Description
- Develop and execute product strategies for downstream activities, aligning with the overall business objectives and market demands.
- Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and marketing teams to gather requirements and understand market needs.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
- Work with the development team to design, build, and launch new features, ensuring they meet user needs and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage data analytics to enhance product features, improve user experience, and drive decision-making processes.
- Ensure product quality and performance through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-4 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 .
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the agricultural or supply chain sectors.
- Strong understanding of downstream agricultural processes and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus.
