- Mengumpulkan dan memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen aset tetap, termasuk pelabelan (tagging) aset.
- Menyusun kertas kerja untuk perincian penambahan aset tetap.
- Menyusun kertas kerja untuk perhitungan depresiasi aset tetap.
- Menyusun kertas kerja untuk pembayaran dimuka (prepayments) dan penerapan PSAK 73.
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi transaksi antarperusahaan serta tugas tambahan jika diperlukan.
- Membantu penjurnalan, proses eliminasi dan konsolidasi.
- Melakukan pengecekan fisik ke DEC
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan: Minimal S1 Akuntansi/Manajemen atau bidang terkait.
- Pemahaman Akuntansi: Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat mengenai prinsip akuntansi dasar, siklus akuntansi, dan penjurnalan.
- Keahlian Spreadsheet: proficient mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel dan Google Sheets (menguasai rumus seperti Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, dan IF function).
- Ketelitian: Memiliki perhatian yang tinggi terhadap detail dan akurasi data.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun (Fresh Graduate dipersilakan melamar).
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan bekerja sama dalam tim.
- Terbiasa menggunakan software akuntansi (seperti Odoo atau Xero).
