- Install, configure, and maintain server infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of services.
- Manage user access, permissions, and system security policies.
- Support system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot system, server, and network-related issues.
- Assist in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system stability and performance.
- Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience working as a System Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows Server).
- Experience in server installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Familiar with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall).
- Experience with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Understanding of backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Git is a plus.
