Quality Management System

1. Ensures that Quality processes are established, implemented and maintained.
2. Plans and coordinates the internal quality audit of the quality system.
3. Attends to third party auditors during site visits.
4. Develop and maintain QA programs, plans and procedures at the site.
5. Schedule, coordinate and conduct audit activities including internal and surveillance audits, principals’ visits/ audits, and suppliers’ audits.
6. Assumes the role of Quality Assurance Head for redressing activities at Silangan Warehouse. Authorizes and releases batch release records for products from QC.

Work closely with Purchasing in establishing quality requirements for external suppliers, conducting suppliers’

1. quality audit, and evaluation of potential suppliers of products that may directly affect our products and services.
2. Oversees quarantine and release of received and repacked stocks in warehouse and VAS Operations.
3. Works with the warehouse pharmacist for over-all quality assurance / quality control in operations
4. Serves as the QA lead as substitute for the QA Head for redressing activities at Glacier Warehouse.
5. Supervise and lead all the dangerous drug process and transactions.
6. Works with the Regulatory Manager for FDA and PDEA updates, reports and compliance.
