- Conducts daily cycle counts based on ABC Analysis performed for the current year to ensure inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels.
- Reviews Bin-to-Bin transactions by cross-referencing incoming and outgoing stock records in Bin Cards with physical and SAP system validations to maintain accuracy.
- Performs system health checks, reviewing interim stock locations and reporting discrepancies or issues to
- the respective process owners for corrective action.
- Executes system adjustments based on validated reconciliations, including batch, bin, expiry dates, and quantity, ensuring consistency between physical inventory and system data.
- Prepares and submits inventory reports for both routine and special count activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of stock levels.
- Validates stock movements using batch, serial numbers, and inventory postings, such as Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, Credit Memos, and Deliveries, to ensure proper tracking and documentation.
- Generates ageing reports for all principal stock, providing regular updates on aged inventory and recommendations for potential disposition.
- Takes initiative in physical stock validation, identifying discrepancies and recommending solutions to control or eliminate inventory variances within the warehouse.
- Masters the correct pack sizes, units of measure (UOM), packaging, and product specifications of all SKUs to ensure accurate stock handling and record-keeping.
- Ensures availability of commercial stock in the system to prevent stockouts and ensure order fulfillment. Collaborates closely with Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Warehouse Personnel to maintain compliance with order fulfillment requirements.
- Provides clear updates on inventory status, including submitting detailed inventory reports as needed to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Monitors expired and damaged stock, ensuring proper transfer to the "break-out" (BO) location and recording the disposition for future actions.
- Participates in cycle count reviews and contributes to monthly and annual physical counts. Assists in reconciling discrepancies, offering solutions, and performing gap analysis to enhance inventory management practices.
- Handles additional related tasks as required, adapting to evolving operational needs and supporting the overall inventory management process
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions, and continuously improving department processes to maintain product and service quality
