- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients needing translation and interpretation services
- Build long-term relationships and grow existing accounts through repeat business and upselling
- Understand client needs and propose tailored language solutions (translation, interpretation, localization)
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring win-win outcomes
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with project managers and linguists to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Support on-site delivery for major interpretation events, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and opportunities
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working toward targets
- Proficiency in English and Filipino (additional languages are a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B, services, or solutions-based selling
- Background in localization, translation, or interpretation services
- Experience handling corporate or enterprise clients
