- Design and execute sales development strategies that drive qualified leads and opportunities.
- Leverage CRM tools to monitor pipeline health, segment leads, and identify conversion trends.
- Develop and optimize lead scoring models, sales cadences, and outreach workflows.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Train and support SDR/BDR teams on CRM usage, data hygiene, and lead qualification best practices.
- Work cross-functionally to improve customer acquisition strategies and nurture workflows.
- Report regularly on key metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the language services, recruitment, or related B2B industries.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive sales environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of pitching services to diverse client types such as corporate clients
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently while contributing to team success.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage a high volume of leads and opportunities.
