General Affair Supervisor  

The General Affairs Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising operational activities related to building facilities, critical electrical power systems, office infrastructure, transportation, security, and general services to support daily business operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of critical electrical power systems, including power distribution networks, UPS systems, and generators.
• Monitor and supervise maintenance and operation of UPS systems (Socomec, Etoon, APC) and generators (Perkins).
• Oversee building maintenance, renovation, and construction projects at company sites (Cikini, Karanggan, Cimanggis), including planning, supervision, and implementation.
• Prepare technical designs, layouts, BOQ, and cost estimations (RAB) for building development and renovation projects.
• Manage procurement administration for civil, electrical, mechanical, and facility-related materials and services.
• Supervise cooling systems for both equipment and office working areas to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage general services operations including security, transportation, reception, office support staff, drivers, and messengers.
• Conduct KPI evaluations for GA-related staff and vendors.
• Control asset inventory, office facilities, petty cash usage, and operational cost efficiency.
• Review and monitor monthly utility expenses (electricity, telecommunications, fuel).
• Manage workplace safety, security systems, fire protection equipment, and emergency readiness.
• Prepare and monitor GA programs, budgets (CAPEX & OPEX), and periodic reports.
• Support ISO implementation, including ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
• Perform other General Affairs functions as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Law, or Building/Facility Management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in General Affairs or facility administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems, and building maintenance.
• Proven leadership and coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, and AutoCAD.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Experience in handling GA budgeting, procurement processes, and operational reporting.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, especially ISO 9001, 27001 and ISO 45001, is an advantage.
