- Melakukan follow-up secara aktif terhadap calon siswa/ Orang tua melalui Call, dan Walk-in.
- Melakukan konsultasi kepada calon siswa/orang tua untuk memahami kebutuhan belajar mereka.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim akademik dan marketing untuk mencapai target center.
- Memberikan pengalaman belajar terbaik kepada murid dan orang tua murid selama kursus di EF center.
- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan calon siswa serta pelanggan existing.
- Menjelaskan program, metode pengajaran, dan keunggulan English 1 dengan jelas dan persuasif.
Minimum Qualifications
- Menyukai interaksi dengan anak-anak dan peduli terhadap perkembangan mereka.
- Minimal memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang yang sama
- Berpenampilan rapi, dan sopan.
- Mampu bekerja di lingkungan cepat dan dinamis.
- Fast learner, Insiatif dan Talkative.
- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan jadwal kerja shifting & weekend.
- Energik, persuasif, dan berorientasi pada target.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Sales Consultant, Account Executive, Telesales,memiliki nilai tambah.
