- Monitor team performance, address issues, and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to improve team output and results.
- Provide regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations to team members.
- Prepare and present performance and progress reports to management on a regular basis.
- Conduct regular check-ins, 1:1s, and performance reviews.
- Ensure accurate reporting and high-quality results from the team.
- Identify referral opportunities from the provided database.
- Achieve the targets set by the company consistently.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably experienced in both inbound and outbound telemarketing for a minimum of 1 years, particularly in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong target and result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Fast learner and highly adaptable to new processes and challenges.
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
- Prior experience in the education or service industry is highly preferred.
