Position Overview:

Step into media and advertising as Trafficking & Ad Operations Support. In this role, you oversee the smooth trafficking, QA, and delivery of ad assets while working closely with vendors and U.S networks. Managing schedules, verifying commercial data, and ensuring accurate and timely asset delivery will keep campaigns on track. Supporting cross-functional teams by coordinating with platforms like Extreme Reach (XR) and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Tasks:

• Manage trafficking of TV and video ad tapes/assets to networks via proprietary software.
• Perform QA checks on creative assets.
• Work directly with Extreme Reach (XR) platform to upload and deliver assets.
• Track and confirm asset delivery.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships (e.g., Nielsen and telemarketers).
• Validate all data, commercial spot data, and vendor results data.

Time Zone Requirements:

• Core hours required: Overlap with US working hours needed for network interaction ad real-time troubleshooting.
• Asynchronous tasks: QA checks, pre-scheduling uploads, and routine tracking.
