- Develop, organize, and maintain quality management system (QMS) documents, ensuring compliance with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and others as required.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure documents are up-to-date, accurate, and easily retrievable.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all processes comply with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal quality management systems.
- Prepare documents required for internal and external audits, including certification renewals.
- Manage the storage, security, and confidentiality of all documents.
- Facilitate training sessions on ISO compliance and document management for relevant staff members.
- Monitor changes in ISO standards and update relevant documentation and processes accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management, quality control, or related field.
- Proven experience in document control, specifically in managing quality management systems (QMS).
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management).
- Familiarity with other relevant ISO standards is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong ability to create and maintain structured documentation.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of internal and external audit processes related to ISO compliance.
