This role will be under our product Gentarkids, where you’ll play a key role in shaping academic excellence and nurturing both teachers and students.

✨ What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure High-Quality Teaching: Lead and guide teachers to deliver exceptional lessons that drive student success and engagement.
• Support Sales & Marketing: Represent Genstarkids Kids in events and consultations to help drive student enrollment and enhance the company’s visibility.
• Build Parent Relationships: Strengthen connections with parents to foster trust, increase contract renewals, and encourage referrals.
• Develop Your Team: Support teacher development through coaching, feedback, and training to continually improve teaching quality and class management.
