Job Description

Primarily responsible for supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the entire operation of Ford Zamboanga in partnership with the Brand General Manager to ensure that it is properly aligned with the strategic and policy direction of Autohub Group and in conformity with the plants’ requirements and standards. Responsible in hitting the sales target set for sales, finance and insurance, parts, and service of the dealer while utilizing the resources of the dealer at its maximum.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferably has experience in automotive industry
Has very good people management skills;
High in business awareness;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
High sales ability
