- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve dealership goals.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising channels.
- Implement effective events to promote brand awareness and engage customers.
- Conduct of market research/study to ensure that the company’s marketing programs/initiatives are grounded and relevant.
- Ensure showroom aesthetics are aligned with brand standards and enhance customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance for senior management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge in an Automotive industry.
- Strong background in marketing roles, preferably in automotive sales / marketing and digital advertising and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and digital marketing skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
