- Dealer Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing dealerships, providing support and guidance to ensure alignment with Mini’s standards and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the automotive industry, providing insights for business decision-making.
- Business Development Strategies: Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility.
- Relationship Management: Negotiate dealership agreements and manage dealer relationships to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops for dealership staff to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Administration, Marketing, or related field;
- Proven experience in business development, dealer management, or related roles in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
