As our Accredited Real Estate Licensed Broker, you are expected to:
- Actively market and sell residential and commercial properties in Mandaluyong City, Philippines and Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Valid Real Estate Broker’s License and AML certification
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Mandaluyong City and Sta. Rosa, Laguna
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
