Job Profile:
Overseeing the inventory of the company ensure that all items are properly stored and accounted for. Managing the inventory of merchandise in order to ensure that it does not run out and that there is enough on hand. Implementing inventory control as needed to improve efficiency. Establishing guidelines for the use of the company’s inventory system, ensuring that all inventory transactions are strictly comply with or using the system. Coordinate with other department in setting goals and monitoring inventory levels to ensure they are met.
Core Responsiblities:
People Management
- Assisting staff members in the preparation of weekly and monthly accounting reports and daily transactions.
- Supervising and providing overall guidance to accounting staff – Outbound and Inbound Inventory staff
Accounting & Reporting
- Collecting and checking of reports from subordinates and preparing Summary for each report – RR Summary, AR Summary, RTV Summary, CDR Summary, Sets/Kits Summary Report
- Checking of Inventory Report from Netsuite vs Actual Physical Count vs Inventory Report
- Prepare Trade Supplies Report, Office Supplies Report, Consigment Inventory Report
Property Management
- Prepare updated inventoriable list of all Company’s properties and equipment
- Develop or design applicable property management system to our Company
- Maintaining Records for Company’s Asset
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance Management, and other Business-related course.
- Computer literate
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Dynamic, analytical, and goal-driven professional with extensive experience in accounting, staff supervision, general management, and customer service.
- Adept at facilitating training for the staff toward the accomplishment of organizational goals and objectives.
