Multimedia Design Associate  

We’re looking for a Multimedia Design Associate to help us enhance our multimedia production efforts. If you have a passion for design, video, and animation, and want to be part of a dynamic team, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in video production and editing for both internal and client-facing projects, ensuring high-quality output.
• Collaborate with production, creatives, marketing, and customer success teams to design multimedia content aligned with project goals.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and discussions regarding creative briefs, client requirements, and project progress.
• Design and create graphics, animations, and videos based on client requirements and internal marketing needs.
• Edit video and audio materials using industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Provide technical assistance and recommendations for multimedia tools and processes, contributing to workflow improvement.
• Participate in feedback sessions, making adjustments based on input from teams and clients.
• Support the development of creative content for marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, and internal materials.
• Perform additional duties as required to assist the production team and meet project deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing your work in multimedia design, video, and animation.
• Prior experience in a multimedia or production role is an advantage.
• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
