Enterprise Sales Professional – Kalibrr SaaS Division
Kalibrr is seeking a seasoned enterprise sales professional to join our Business Development team, focusing on driving platform user growth through new customer acquisition. This is a highly dynamic, execution-oriented role requiring exceptional business acumen to engage with Fortune 1,000 companies, forge strong partnerships with key clients, and relay valuable insights to enhance our product. The ideal candidate is passionate about Kalibrr’s mission to transform organizations through talent acquisition. This position is based in Makati and reports to the Lead, Global Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the enterprise client base in the Philippines, one of Kalibrr's top global markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and stakeholder engagement to collaborating with HR and IT teams, structuring deals, and overseeing product implementation.
- Navigate both short and long-term sales cycles across various business lines and departments within organizations.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, provide expert technical insights, and craft commercial agreements.
- Support and empower partners to achieve success throughout the ecosystem.
- Leverage deep product expertise and an understanding of the communications and collaboration landscape to advocate for transformative hiring solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Client Success, Growth, Product, and other departments.

Minimum Qualifications

Proven track record of building strong C-level relationships and closing large transactions while exceeding sales targets

Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations and driving long-term engagement

Interested in enterprise software, great products, dynamic start-up environments and the business of innovation

Keen ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive actions plans and communications

Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment

Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving product and respond strategically to customer needs

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Kalibrr

Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision

Strong analytical ability and outstanding communications skills
