Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Support:
Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
Social Media Management:
Help manage and grow the company's social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring performance metrics.
Generate ideas for social media campaigns and promotions to increase engagement.
Campaign Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements.
Brand Consistency:
Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and communications.
Update brand guidelines and materials as needed.
Data Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the performance of branding initiatives.
Prepare reports on key metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
Familiarity with marketing principles and branding strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Experience with social media platforms and content management.
