- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Oversee cash flow planning, expense control, and payment approval
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with regulations & tax requirements
- Lead end-of-month and end-of-year closing processes
- Collaborate with management for financial strategy and business planning
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and relevant financial institutions
- Identify financial risks and propose strategic improvements to enhance business efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- achelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, accounting standards, and taxation
- Experience handling end-to-end finance operations (AP/AR, GL, cash flow, budgeting, costing)
- Familiar with financial modeling and business forecasting is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ownership mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
