About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive Intern to join our team in a hybrid working arrangement. In this role, you'll support the Account Executive/Partnerships team in managing relationships with corporate partners, NGOs, fundraisers, and campaign organizers, helping ensure smooth onboarding, communication, and account performance across Kitabisa's partner network. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of account management, client relations, and partnership operations within a fast-growing social impact tech company.

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day communication with existing and prospective partners (corporates, NGOs, foundations, or campaign organizers)
  • Support the onboarding process for new partners and fundraising campaigns
  • Help prepare proposals, partnership decks, and account performance reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure partner needs and campaign requirements are met
  • Monitor and track account/campaign progress, flagging issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct research on potential partners, industries, and market trends to support business development efforts
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of partner accounts, communications, and agreements in internal systems
  • Support the team in organizing meetings, calls, and follow-ups with partners
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative and account support tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in account management, business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks/accounts simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Proactive, fast learner, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup
  • A genuine interest in social impact, philanthropy, or nonprofit/CSR work is a strong plus
  • Available to commit to the internship for a minimum of 3 months
