Job Description

  • Develop marketing strategies by creating detailed marketing plans outlining tactics, timelines, and budgets to achieve the defined objectives
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and motivate marketing teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing plans
  • Offer guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional development and growth
  • Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
