Job Description
- Oversee and execute all aspects of events from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement comprehensive event plans.
- Coordinate with various departments and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain detailed event timelines and checklists.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Proven track record in event planning and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in marketing and promotions is a plus
