- Can create presentation materials and regularly meet with clients;
- Able to communicate and maintain an attitude with all parties;
- Willing and have flexible working hours outside working days and hours;
- Able to organize and manage schedules: meetings, gatherings, business trips, etc;
- Able to read financial reports, mobile ready in Jabodetabek, active on social media;
- Placement location in Central Jakarta;
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- S1 in all majors;
- Male maximum age 35 years;
- Can speak English well and fluently;
- Experience in HRD 5 years (Preferably previously worked in F&B);
- Understand: labor law, training, personnel admin;
- Location of Central Jakarta Office;
- Willing to visit Jabodetabek outlets;
- Holidays come if it is very urgent;
