- Monitor on-air broadcast operations
- Operate studio equipment (mixer, microphone, PC, etc.)
- Manage program and commercial playlists
- Create and submit broadcast reports
- Coordinate with IT and technical teams for troubleshooting
- Operate streaming platforms (Zoom, YouTube, etc.)
- Support production team for live and recorded programs
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma (D3) degree in Broadcasting, TV Production, Mass Communication, or any other related major
- Having previous experience working in radio operations, particularly in an on-air or technical operator role, is considered a valuable advantage for this position, though fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Strong communication skills, a positive working attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment are essential
