Job Description

  • Manage end to end process of quantitative, qualitative, and also desk research projects
  • Responsible to build research design and questionnaire based on objectives
  • Supervise research team to fulfill projects' order of Kompas Gramedia Group of Media.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree from any major with minimum 5 years of proven experience in research (both Qualitative & Quantitative)
  • Has been hands-on with a proven track record of designing, executing, and participating survey research
  • Experience in project management, able to exercise judgment to prioritize and execute on research needs
  • Detail oriented & highly initiative
  • Excellent communication & team management skills
  • Accustomed to operate statistical software (mainly SPSS)
  • Strong understanding about digital users & market trend
  • High Curiosity
