Director of Events Dyandra Convention Center Surabaya  

As the Director of Events at PT Nusa Dua Indonesia-Dyandra Convention Center Surabaya, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of all events and conferences hosted by the company. This is a critical role that will have a direct impact on the success of the company's hospitality and tourism business in Surabaya, East Java.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the company's reputation
• Oversee all aspects of event management, including budgeting, vendor selection, logistics, and on-site coordination
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Continuously seek new and innovative ways to improve the event experience and exceed client expectations
• Manage a team of event professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Analyse event data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future planning
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, preferably in the hospitality or MICE industry
• Relevant academic background
• Proven track record of delivering successful, high-profile events
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in event planning software, budget management, and data analysis
• Passion for the hospitality and tourism industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong leadership skill and interpersonal skill
