• Location Strategy & Brand-to-Place Fit Frameworks - Conduct on-site location assessments to determine brand alignment and provide strategic recommendations on whether the concept fits the location
• Cultural & Competitive Insight Mapping - Shape localization strategies that honor the concept’s core identity while fitting the environment.
• Location Scouting & Recommendation - Produce potential strategic location shortlists with evidence-based reasoning.
• Spatial Brand Implementation - Ensure spatial decisions strengthen, not dilute, the Specialty Store’s core identity : façade direction, layout logic, material selection.
• Localized Experience Recommendations - Define how local culture should influence store touchpoints.
• Furniture & Fixture Sourcing - Identify furniture and material sources that reinforce brand identity.
• In-Store Visual Implementation Strategy - Create strategic direction for in-store signage, wayfinding, visual storytelling.

Background : 2-3 years of experience in spatial brand planner, urban research or place-making strategists.
